Spicy Bow Tie Pasta

I wanted a hearty dish for dinner and a glass of wine to pair with it. I had a variety of pastas in the cupboard, so I decided to make a Spicy Bow Tie Pasta. Normally, I would use ground turkey, but I decided to used Jimmy Dean's spicy sausage. I have to say it was a hearty choice and I would definitly make it again.
