Fish Fry

I'm a northern girl, but my roots are in Mississippi. We used have a fish fry all the time. Catfish was always a crowd pleaser. I learned early how to eat the whole catfish with the bones. I've loved it ever since. All I need is some hot sauce and two pieces of bread. Grandma used to slice up some potatoes and make potato chips. We sat at the table and enjoyed each other and the catch of the day.
