Mango Salsa

Salsa is a crowd pleaser. Everyone loves a good chip and salsa. Taco Tuesday was taken to the next level when I tried making salsa with mango. I've used pineapple before, but we wanted to try something new. The mango was a great substitute because the juices have a creamy-like consistency. I spiced things up with some fresh jalapeños, so each bite was sweet, spicy and tangy.
