Lamb Chops for Dinner

Lamb chops are hard to find in the grocery store these days. When I see them, I buy at least two packs. Traditionally, I eat them with mashed potatoes and spinach. They pair well with a lot of diferent sides. I always marinade them and cook them in a cast iron skillet. Check out what sides I prepared with them this time.
