Calzone

My son wants pizza every Monday. He tells me that tacos are for Tuesday and pizza is for Monday. I invested in all the gadgets, and we have turned our kitchen into a pizzeria. I have a pizza steel, pizza peel, pizza cutters and 00 Pizza Flour. Sometimes I get tired of your traditional pizza, so I said lets make calzones instead. For our first time making it, I think we nailed it. Its been added to our rotation of meals.
