Breakfast for Champions
I'm not really a breakfast person. However, every once in a while I will get a
craving. My favorite part is the potatoes. They make the dish complete. I
usually cut up at least five potatoes to feed the family; I hate running out. I
add onion and sweet peppers to the mix, then bake them in the oven at 400 degrees. If
there are some leftover, I usually eat them with dinner. How do you prepare your
breakfast potaotes?
